How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our delivery services to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you aren't satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How should I care for my handmade ceramics?
Most of our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to preserve the glaze and finish, we recommend hand washing with mild detergent whenever possible.
